Please register to the triathlon via Swedish triathlon association and note that the registration is not considered final until we have received payment.

Race bib
Race bib must be picked up at least one hour before race start at event centre on Sövde idrottsplats. Please note that on the bike course you must wear your race bib on your back, and on the run course you must wear your race number on your chest.
Timing system
The Sövde Triathlon uses the ChampionChip system. All participants will receive a ChampionChip and an ankle band of velcro which must be attached to the ankle and is used for timing. The ChampionChip and the ankle band must returned at finsish and if not returned a fee of 500 SEK will be charged.
Eventcentre
The event centre is located on Sövde idrottsplats where all transitions, start and finish will take place.
The Course
½ ironman: You swim in a two lap course in Sövdesjön, the bike course takes place on a three lap course on roads south of Sövde and the run takes place on a four lap course around the event centre. On the bike course you will pass the drinkstation twice, during the run there are two drinkstation on every lap. More detailed information is located under the menus (only available in Swedish).
Short distance: You swim a one lap course in Sövdesjön, the bike course is a two lap course, however you di have to pay extra attention at the turnpoints. The final run is one loop.
Rules
During the event, Swedish Triathlon Federation rules will be applied. General traffic rules must be obeyed. Every athlete must wear a helmet. Drafting is NOT permitted, riders must keep a minimum of 10 meter distance between bikes except when passing.
Showers and changing room
Showers and changing rooms are located and available on Sövde idrottsplats.
Parking
Parking possiblilites will be located close to the event centre. Direction sign-boards will be placed along the road during race day.
Directions to Sövde
From Malmö : Take road 11 towards Sjöbo. A few kilometers before Sjöbo take right towards Illstorp, then follow the road signs towards Sövde.
From Sjöbo : Take road 11 towards Malmö. A few kilometers after Sjöbo take left towards Illstorp, then follow the road signs towards Sövde.
